Ashley Metzelaars

Mrs. Metzelaars’ biggest passion in life is teaching! She enjoys helping students reach their fullest potential, and she makes great efforts to connect with her students so she can understand their learning needs. She looks forward to students' progress while working with the parents as a team. She has been teaching for over 14 years, most of her experience teaching Kindergarten and 1st grade. She earned a Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction with a Reading Specialist Endorsement.

Fun fact: She LOVES dogs and has two (Axel and Alice). She also loves to cook and enjoys spending time outdoors.

She is excited to support the individual learning needs of Everest Scholars’ students!
